The silver valiant coin is struck with pure 999.9 fine silver, and in addition to the traditional 1oz coin, The Royal Mint also produce a 10oz version, offering investors a much bigger option with reduced premiums. The somewhat limited nature of these coins, as well as their classic British symbology makes them a firm favourite among both investors and collectors alike.
The silver valiant coins are attributed a face value, making them legal tender in the UK, and therefore exempt from Capital Gains Tax.
